Refund & Return Policy — By Maren Design

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, with no need to give a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you (or someone you designate) receives the last item in your order.

How to Start a Return

To begin a withdrawal or return request, please visit your account at https://account.bymarendesign.com. From there you can submit your request and receive further instructions.

Sending the Item Back

Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you must send the item(s) back to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Refund of Original Shipping

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost you originally paid. If you chose an upgraded or express shipping option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

When You'll Receive Your Refund

We will issue your refund without undue delay, and within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s) back, or, if earlier, the date you provide proof that you've sent the item(s) back to us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Items Not Covered by the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including custom sizing, custom embroidery, or bespoke design requests)
  • Goods that are made-to-order and not pre-manufactured stock items, where production began at your specific request
  • Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery (if applicable to any items you sell)

Because many By Maren Design pieces are produced individually, made-to-order, in our own atelier, please check your product page or order confirmation to see whether a specific item qualifies for withdrawal.
